  1. Well by pushing yourself to the limit constantly.

I dont know if this is true or not but I think

if you constantly your whole life push yourself to the edge physically through training and martial art's your kid who is born after it all will prolly be naturally good at physical things

  2. We are at the top of the food chain so our species isn't evolving physically because we have no competitors, except  our own kind, which we can kill with the press of a button or pull of the trigger. Not so physical.

  3. I am not evolving and never have. Nor have my ancestors.

I am descended from Adam who was created as a fully functional highly intelligent man.

In fact I have devolved - full of genetic mutations.

  4. Replace Parts of your boyd with robotic parts.

  5. I really don't understand your question.

First, what do you mean "evolve"? Evolve means change, so change in what way?

What do you mean "I don't mean think i mean physically"? That's not a sentence and makes no sense.

If you want answers, you need to explain what you're asking clearly and completely, and we might be able to help.

  6. you can't really, evelution takes place through things like, mutations, natural selection, and the founder effect. Natural selection doesn't come into play anymore b/c now we have medicine, so the "weaker" people don't die out. Mutation is still taking place, peoples appendixes have gotten smaller over time, and there are people who are being born with no wisdom teeth at all, you have people with webbed feet, or who are photosensitive, so if those mutations are strong enough to survive they'll be passed down genration after generation. The founder effect would be say a family with a history of webbed feet move with a small population of people that cointain some webbed feet people as well to a remote area, overtime through marriage and genes passing down all the offspring of that group of people may have webbed feet, where as if they would have stayed somewhere heavily populated and all married into families with non webbed feet and all thier children had children with non webbed feet peoples, the trait may become lost
