How do you evolve from luminous spring in pokemon mystery dungeon 2?

I have lv. 100 munchlax & lv. 100 pikachu (i train a lot) i beat darkrai and recruited manaphy dialga and palkia. i have a lunar ribbon.

after manaphy is recruited to your team, you train a few days and eventually manaphy tells you about the marine resort, a dungeon. once you unlock that dungeon, you are allowed to evolve. (you dont need to beat the dungeon)

unlock Luminous Springs first by defeating the grand master of all thing bad (your guide)

2. Once it is unlock it will say you can't evolve. So now you go to the Outlaw and job boards. Keep searching it until you find a job that the reward is a lunar ribbon.

3. Take the job you need the lunar ribbon. You only need one lunar ribbon

4. Once you do the job you should get a lunar ribbon as a reward

5. Now you can evolve at Luminous Springs. Go to Luminous Springs and now evolve. The lunar ribbon can be used more than once so use it to evolve your two starters.

If you already have Manaphy then all you have to do is wait. Complete some more mission from the notice board and eventually Manaphy will come to Sharpedo Bluff. She will say that she has found a new dungeon called Marine Resort. Go through that dungeon and then you should be able to evolve.
