How do you export a movie from Windows Movie Maker?

i'm trying to add a vid on youtube and it tells me i need to export it. how do i do that? a video or a good describing of it will help!!!! thanks SO much!

Well did you save your movie as a movie file or a project file??? bc you have to save it as a movie. Then try and see if it works. I have a youtube account too and sometimes it takes forever to download a 3 minute movie.

go to file 'publish movie' and it will give all these options of how you want to save it (how big of a file) then you should be able to upload it to the internet from there

under movie task  you see different options

like save to hard drive  send to internet etc

i don't think you can send it straight to you tube

I bet you ll have to save to hard drive

then  export it to you tube
