How do you express yourself?

i write paragraphs that don't have to do with anything, except how i feel.

through art and music: art to express my emotions and music to express my mood...

I paint oil paintings outdoors. It gives me a chance to release any pent up tensions, allows me to seek a tranquil place and enjoy the time alone, or with my fiancee. I find myself drifting off into a different world while I'm painting, not aware of what's going on around me while I'm painting until or unless someone says something to me. Often I have no idea someone is watching me while I paint. Painting allows me to take home a bit of the experience of the process of painting and sharing it with others. I feel expressing myself this way is both therapeutic and healing.

journal writning or art is a great way also pottery. My sister makes some really funky stuff when she is "heated"

If I am angry I like to jump in the car and drive, or I watch disaster movies with lots of explosions, otherwise I sing, dance and write, make lots of jokes, or run on the beach with the seagulls.

Anything creative:

compose contemporary-classical piano music

write songs (sometimes with guitar and/or piano music to accompany) usually about God, but sometimes about my wife, or otherwise songs that make no sense at all

write short stories, poems, or paragraphs - that, like you, usually don't have anything to do with anything

use custom editors in computer games like Warcraft III or RPG Maker to design mini-worlds and RPG games

draw random pictures in a scrap book (I'm terrible at drawing, but like to see how unusual a scene can be)

And also by hugging & kiss my lovely wife and tell her how sweet she is!
