How do you extend the range of 2.4GHz CLT? i have a Uniden 2 line phone with range of 6 meters!?

uniden phones are poor quality, and 2.4ghz is a crowded frequency, with WiFi, wireless keyboards, wireless video cameras, and other consumer devices in this frequency range. Your best option is to replace your phone with a 2 line panasonic DECT phone.

DECT technology also offers repeaters, or extenders to extend the range of the phone, but they provide the furthest range over the other cordless telephone technology available as of now so you may not even need a repeater or extender.

with all that out of the way, you can modify the antenna on your handest, and the phone base unit with a better 2.4Ghz antenna, most likely a modified WiFi antenna. This is illegal. I understand that it is possible, and I have seen concepts of this online, but do not know if it would work in the real world.

Find the optimal location for placing your phones base. The higher the better.
