How do you extract files from a passworded rar file without the password?

Yeah when you download a file why do they password a file just because they can?

dont think u can it requires a password.

ive had the same problem some downloaded file contain the password in them but if they dont then you are pretty screwed, unless you are some computer genius.

From the website  that you downloaded the file,go back to it and look for the password there.Also you can use a software called Alcohol to crack it
