Question:

How do you face things you don't want to face?

I don't even mean big things they can be little things. We all have things we would rather ignore, hoping they will go away. Sometimes they do & sometimes we can hire or get a friend to take care of them for us. Besides just facing what it is & getting it done. Do you have a different way of getting you mind to think so you can face things that are un-pleasant....I know someone who is overwhelmed with things to do after a tragic event took place. They have hospital bills, etc. Give me tips on looking at this in a more positive way.

  2. Lynne honey i am going through this crisis now.Somethings you have to face head on whether You want to or not. I am doing that now having to take care of my brother in law. But i think its gonna work cause now he knows he is gonna have to have my help after his surgery. So now i am meeting him in the cross roads. Cooking etc. I didnt want this but it was thrown at my feet i didnt want to face it but i am facing it now with some help. Sometimes you have to face obstacles and hurdles but maybe those obstacles will come back to you 10 fold. Life is hard but sometimes you have to do some things you dont wanna do.

  3. Pray, take a deep breath, and do it anyway.  It's really the only way I've found to do the unpleasant, uncomfortable and scary things, and the boring things too.

  4. Afraid I will most likely be of little help...But I believe that if you take care of the things as soon as possible, while they are still small and disagreeable , it not only gets them out of the way freeing you up for more important matters, but it also prevents them from snowballing into something larger with even more disagreeable effects..
