I don't even mean big things they can be little things. We all have things we would rather ignore, hoping they will go away. Sometimes they do & sometimes we can hire or get a friend to take care of them for us. Besides just facing what it is & getting it done. Do you have a different way of getting you mind to think so you can face things that are un-pleasant....I know someone who is overwhelmed with things to do after a tragic event took place. They have hospital bills, etc. Give me tips on looking at this in a more positive way.
