  1. Factor out an x^2 and your problem should look like this:

    x^2 (-8x^2 - 3)

You can also factor out a (-) to make the problem look simpler:

    -x^2 (8x^2 - 3)

  2. Take out an x^2

    x^2 (-8 x^2 - 3)

  3. -8x^4-3x+2

    I don't think it is factorable b/c -8 times 2 is -16

    the factors of -16 are 1 and 16, 2 and 8 and 4 and 4.

We need them to add/subtract to -3 and none of the numbers work.
