How do you fall in love on the Sims Pets 2?

Okay.... so the two Sims I made have met, moved in together when their relationship peeked 10, and they got married. One of my desires/goals said I needed to fall in love, but like, they kiss and hug each other romantically all the time, and they still remain friends. How do you get them to fall in love?

Make them like flirt and make out.

Same goes with all the sims games, lol.

if their married, you have to boost their thing that says crush or friend or whatever. make them talk about their intrests, kiss, hug and go out on dates!
