  1. He seems to be giving hope (false?) to a lot of despondent people. As to not being in this for the money, I believe he asks a mere R20 per person to 'cover his costs.'

    R800 000 a shot should do it, I think.

His younger brother has now also joined the family business.

  2. I wouldn't really trust him either. He could end up being like Benny Hinn.

  3. He does it with the help of God  . You should see the movie or read my link .http://www.joymag.co.za/mag/3-2006/3-200...

His last gathering was attended by almost 60 000 people ,black and white . It is a logistical nightmare and costs a lot to set up . You phone and find out how much it costs to rent the stadiums ,ablusion facilities , sound equipment ,cleaning staff etc . Trust me ,he is not in it for the money ! R20 pp is nothing ! Your problem is you expect money from everything and that is not what religion is about .

    It's ok if you don't trust priests , I don't trust Sangomas !

I'll just pray that one day you'll see the light .

  4. My colleagues husband went to one of his rally's and he is apparently a changed man. Before he went, he was mean to her and the kids and was very selfish - now he helps her with the kids and apologised to her for all the times he had mean to her. Not sure how long it long will last......hopefully a while.

  5. I don't trust him - after all he is a white farmer.

  6. I am crazy 4 him. he is such a good example of how God can change your life. I admire him for not being shy for his God. I admire him 4 bring so many man togheter to pray to our wonderfull God. This year there was 60 000 men on his farm, al in honour of God, now isn`t that amazing!!!

He cant be a "flyby night crook". He is not demanding money or expecting anything from anyone. He do it all in honour of God. A crook wont do that.

Go and see his movie "Faith like potatoes." It will do u good.

  7. HYPOCRITE!

You were willing to pay R5700 to attend "The Age of Turbulence" with Dr Allan Greenspan. Check:

When he spoke in Vanderbijl Park attendance was free, only R5 for parking was asked. 35000 people attended. I suggest you attend one of his sermons before openly crucifying someone you know nothing of.

"Simple minds discuss people, great minds discuss ideas"

  8. I agree 100% Ayiza.

I was at the mighty men conference on his farm in April.

40 000 odd guys there - I am not sure why it was called a conference (my understanding of a conference is that there is communication both ways) all that was happening was he was preeching to his audience and letting the audience know what he thought was wrong and what was right.

He kept on advertising the fact that the dvd from the conference can be ordered of his website and that his movie "Faith Like potatoes" was the second best selling SA movie ever.

I am not into this type of stuff whatsoever, the only reason I went was that my Dad likes the guy a lot and my Dad is fighting Cancer at the moment and went there in the hope that the "Healing" that Mr. Angus was advertising could help him - My Dad's condition has actually deteriorated since.

But My opinion is - it is just one Huge money Making thing - after all he is a Stingy Scotsman.
