How do you feel about how Obama was elected to Senate?

Question

I recently learned exactly how Obama won in 2004 (2005?) for Senate, and realized HOW much this has effected our election. Are you aware that he was running against Jack Ryan for Senate, and Jack was pretty far ahead in the votes? But then, 2 weeks before the final voting, Jack was forced to resign due to a scandal, and Obama won purely because the Republicans failed to find an opponent to go against Obama in time. Therefore Obama won by PURE luck, and if the scandal had not broken out, Jack would have won, and Obama would more than likely not be running for president.

Does this change how you feel about Barack Obama at all? Personally I was shocked that he shouldn't have even won that election at all.

It's the Chicago political machine. The saying in Chicago is vote early and often. It isn't pure luck. It is the Kennedy clan taking back the DNC from the Clintons. That is why Hillary was kicked to the curb.

He's a joke!  His popularity runs deep with all the little kids in this country because he's plays to them and those who think like them.  His JUNIOR Senator status in a state where the Senate PRESIDENT, Emil Jones, hires his girlfriend to a $186,000/year job just shows that Obama is hardly qualified to be on the Senate floor at ALL!

Personally I feel like someone is trying to recreate that situation with all the accusations brought against Palin. I guess he thinks that if he did it once, he can do it again. It seems like all liberal's do is try and run smear campaigns against Republicans, so it seems plausible.

Obama would of won even if Republicans found a replacement because a Republican just got caught in a scandal as usual.
