  1. When they act like they have rubber bumpers attached to their as.s and don't move after they see you, I get frustrated. But I'm a nice person so I just let them do their thing.

  2. It's totally legal lady. I ride in the street but usually when there aren't many cars around or else i'll use the bike lane. Bikers do have to get into the street to turn though. What's more annoying is waiting to cross on pedestrian lights for minutes at a time on busy roads. I'll agree with you on this though, all the lame fixie riding hipsters usually DO try to p**s you off as they swerve in and out to spite drivers....and their bright neon glasses make it even worse.

  3. They take there life in there own hands and are extremely inconsiderate of of other people who might be injured if they have to swerve from hitting them.

  4. You should yell PEDDLE LIKE h**l LANCE!!!!

  5. Wow, loads of potential Darwin award winners in this thread. I'm surprised I've only been hit off once in my life if there are manics like you driving around.

The majority of cyclists will try and keep out of drivers way, I don't want to cause inconvenience, but if you have thin slick tyres like a lot of roadies, you don't want to be cycling 2-3 foot from the kerb. There's piles of glass, where morons have smashed parked car windows, there's parked cars (which we would have to swerve around - very unsafe!), there's grit which gets pushed to the side by cars and we're less visible.

It's called the Primary position and bicycles have as much right on the road as cars do. Did you not read the highway code when studying for your prestigious driver's licence?

Don't forget, me on my bike means there's one less car in front of you in a traffic jam.

The above might sound a bit elitist, but I'll be the first to admit there are idiot cyclists out there, as well as moron drivers. I try to thank people who move the side slightly to help me pass, or wait a few extra seconds at a junction to let me pass instead of my unclipping and stopping. Hopefully I get a bit more respect from drivers because of these actions.

  6. They are a b*tch to get out of my wheel drum...

  7. I appreciate when they move to the side of the lane so I can pass. If they don't, I do get annoyed just because I generally like to drive faster than anyone can bike. BUT they have a legal right to be there, so I don't get angry.

  8. i hate when bikes drive in the lane, like they think there cars

  9. If it's really bothering you especially in the neighborhood then maybe you should talk to someone who is in authority of the neighborhood you live in, such as the city council and discuss this issue. Lack of respect from people around your city can be tough..If that's a hassle, then maybe you should talk to the bicyclists and tell them that you are very annoyed by their actions and maybe they can do something to stop it. & If it gets REALLY bad, then you should discuss this with the police..If and only if it results to that :P

  10. if they're riding with traffic, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, that the road conditions have caused them to ride there. of course, that's where I am, when road conditions cause me to be, so call it professional courtesy..

  11. Mess with the best and you will find out, won't you.

  12. i ride in the middle in the street but i move when i see a car coming

  13. Arghhh!!...Very annoying!...they should have their own lane!

  14. Bikes are legally classed as vehicles and have as much right to be in the middle of the road as cars.  I always cycle in the middle of the road - it is my right and it is safer - I'm more evident, it's easier to turn right and it prevents me from being knocked off by people opening their car doors.

Everyone needs to be more patient on the road.  Leave your house earlier if you have to - but don't get angry with cyclists.

  15. Try to crash them. Duh?

  16. They're absolutely stuuupid
