How do you feel about perschool?

well, about age 4, not to say that its a rule or whatever...were keeping my neice home from pre-school...we dont think she needs it and it would just be too much financially....it SHOULD a parents job to teach their child the basics before kindergarten, but now its like, oh, drop youre kid off and leave them in strangers hands to be taught things...especially now that many pre-school across america are teaching about g*y rights and stuff like that, we are keeping my niece home, and may home school her. we want her in a Christian enviroment and dont feel that public education does a good job of even being modest.

I think the year before your child starts kindergarten is good to enroll them in preschool. So, like 4 or 5.

my daughter will be 3 at the end of August and I've enrolled her in early preschool.  She only goes 2 days a week for 2 hours a day.  She is SO excited to be going to school because she's never been to daycare, my mom is my baby sitter.  I think it's good for them, helps them get a little more familiar with a "school" type environment.

LOVE PRESCHOOL they  are usually 3 yrs 4, and 5. for  preschool. my daughter was born in march so this sept (5 weeks) she will be in preschool again and then next school year she goes to kindergarten. It's only 3 hrs though but it gets her out of the house interacting with other kids and i have some peace and quiet and one on one time with my son.
