How do you feel about pple whom appologize by saying "my bad"

I think it depends on the situation and whom you're saying it to. its a flippant appology, to me it doesn't sound sincere.

Only if it's used for something small or not a big deal. If someone said it when it should be really "I'm really sorry"...then I'll be upset or mad about it.
