  1. I feel they should be at home protecting are borders and serving the people of this country instead of looking out for organized corporate criminals interests in foreign lands..

  2. Well lets see, wasted 10 1/2 years of my life in the military, been all over the world, missed my sisters wedding cause army sent me to Thailand instead, countless Bdays, holidays away from family, got shot at, IED's tried to blow me up, RPG's and tracers all around. And I loved every second of it. And I am pretty sure Thailand was a lot more fun than my sisters wedding was. So my answer to you is I loved and I hated it. Lots of good memories, friends and I wouldnt have changed a thing.

  3. Your father, like so many other soldiers and veterans who won't admit it, are HERO'S. God bless each and every one.

  4. I think that you should ask your father that same question and back up what ever his answer is.  People who arent serving in the war right now cant and wont give you the same answer as someone who is over there.  They are they only people who can really tell you if it is worth the fight or not, because all any of us have to go on is what we see on TV and is obviously very biast against the war.

  5. YES the Armed Services are doing a AWESOME job....and like you i feel as if the war is pointless and that is not just because my husband is deployed.

  6. i dont like it.

  7. Jaycee,

Thank your Father for me.  I Thank God every night and throughout the day for the Military and the hard job they do!!!

  8. Well I'm a disabled vet of the Iraq War. I'm scarred for the rest of my life, but I have no regrets. If I could get back in I'd do it in a heart beat. Being in the military is like being in a family you do what you have to do to take care of brothers and sisters. Also, to see the look on the Iraqi's faces is something that I'll never forget, they seemed so happy that we were there to help them. I was at the airport in Baghdad and there were pictures of Saddam everywhere, just like Hitler had in n**i Germany, it was crazy. To be in the military is to be apart of something that is bigger than you. If I had a chance to do it over again I'd do the same thing I did.

Make sure you send your dad letters, they're great to reread.

To Mr. Puma: I'm not a Hero, I was just doing my job.

  9. I like the military and I generally like those who wish to be a part of something that is bigger than themselves.  I like it so much, I joined myself.  I think the wars we are currently fighting are noble and just.

  10. I feel strongly enough about it that I dedicated 21 years of my life to it, and the principals that our Country stands for - a country without a strong military is one that is easily taken over or ignored.

  11. The all volunteer family-based army is dumb. Should never have eliminated the draft. Huge waste of time and money.

  12. no group has do so much, for so little, for so long..............for the ungrateful

  14. i agree with Ancient Warrior DogueDe Bordeaux. i stand behind anybody enlisted and they're all my heros. its takes a lot of courage and strength for those people to do what they do, especially now.

thank god for people like you father.
