How do you feel about the new restrictions for s*x offenders?

How do you feel about the restriction that registered s*x offenders will not be allowed in parks or playground, Senior centers OR libraries

What are your thoughts?

I still think the government should castrate them. who cares about their rights. the s*x offenders don't care about taking the kids innocense away and ruining the child life forever.

Some people assume all of them have litterally have touched someone but, I think some just looked at pics on the internet and got treatment before it went any further.   They shouldn't be on the list for the rest of their life.  It should end when probation is over.   But, I do agree for anyone that has molested someone, etc.

That sounds fine.  Senior centers and libraries seem a little odd, but I'm guessing there was a reason they were added that I didn't read about in the news.  This is only a problem if they make the law 'live within a mile of' all those places--if they make it illegal for s*x offenders to live anywhere, than the whole law will be struck down in the courts.  It's a good law, but lawmakers need to be careful not to make it so 'tough' of a law that they lose the whole thing.

Once you decide to rape a child say goodbye to life as a normal person and a large chunk of your rights as well. I think its perfectly fine to keep them away from places where vulnerable people and potential victims are often found. Why the h**l should a s*x offender be alowed in a senior center? And they sure as fuc*ing h**l don't belong in our parks! I think it's great. Keep them away from people especially our children and seniors.

It depends on the type of s*x offense, if it was related to a child then the restrictions would be appropriate except the senior center, if it was a case of adult sexual on adult then any restrictions would be futile because you cannot limit all contact through those limits.~

I have two girls, so I am sure that you must know how I feel about s*x offenders.  I am happy, but for me that's not enough.  s*x offenders shouldn't be allowed to have a second chance at all! It's not like drug addiction(lets use that as an example): some drug addicts actually recover and live long happy sober lives through programs and tolerance to help them get better. Also addicts know wrong from right!  s*x offenders should be locked up and never be allowed to get out!  I have no sympathy or tolerance for people who take away a child or person's innocence!!!!
