A woman in Maryland was arrested because she repeatedly allowed her 2 dogs to wonder onto her neighbor's yard even after the neighbor requested that the owner keep her dogs under her control and on their own property and filed numberous complaints with the city to make her stop, yet the owner allowed the poodles to wander almost daily.

How do you feel about owners that allow their dogs to wander, potty and mark other neighbors yards? Do you think the city was right to arrest her?

  1. there is a leash law and she did not follow the law so what ever

    korkie

  2. you know like the article stated the dogs were stuck in the middle of a neighbor dispute, i dont think what either party did was right and they both could do some good by having a mediation session to resolve their issues cause this aint about just a couple of dogs pissin on a lawn

  3. I believe that the city was right.

  4. I understand that sometimes dogs get loose, and sometimes they get in your yard. But if I have asked you several times to keep your dogs out of my yard, and you constantly allow them to do so, then this is not neighborly behavior. Something will be done, in this case, the police were called, the lady was lucky. I know some people that would have killed the dogs.

Keep your dogs business in your own yard or else pick it up!!!

  5. I think it should be illegal to possess dogs in any city. But absent that law, there are leash laws that should be enforced. In Boston it is up to $300 for letting your dog foul private property if you don't have them on a leash and don't have a way to clean it up.

  6. I think any city is right to enforce its laws. Assuming they have an ordinance against this, then yes.

  7. yes they are correct to arrest her.  I am a dog owner.  My dog Never goes out without a lease and is under my control at all times,  She has never gone into a neighbor's property or bothered anyone.  It is my responsibility to see to it that she doesn't.

  8. I feel that our country, our government and our people simply went nuts. Ticket will be sufficient enough for this offense.
