if every person who had to much to drink and drive did this...there would be far much less tragedy's....I think what he did is commendable...KUDOS to this Man....who did the wrong thing and then the right. Although his heart was in the right place, I hope they throw the book at him. The fact he did it in the first place makes him a buffoon.

i find that video very interesting.

i agree with the first person that it was very dangerous to be driving drunk AND on the phone, but i also agree with you in that he did try to help the situation and prevent any danger to others. hopefully next time he won't drive in the first place though.

this explains how obama won Washington, I am beyond speechless....even I am at a loss for a witty response.

i think what he did borders on stupidity, not only was he driving drunk, he was on a cell phone driving drunk......first off he should not have driven, second why not simply pull over and stop driving.....but to call the police to "have them pull him over???"  what a moron....
