The little girl is smart. She really isn't crying she just want to get her way no matter what. if you just ignore her and say no to her behavior then I am sure that she will soon stop. And really not give into the girl habits.

Well i  really don't like to see little gorl/boy cry so what i do is i talk to them nicely and give them a hug and talk about something pretty something you know they like (E.G. a movie, food, candy, tv) and they will get involved with it and forget all about the crying part

You should get the camera out of her face because it seems that she stops until she looks at the camera. It is either that or she does not like who is behind the camera
