  1. Las vegas is nothing - try australia 3 times then you'll know what long haul is! Seriously though flying is easy. You will have your own tv set so you can watch what you like, sleep, eat and read a book. The time will pass and you will be in Las vegas which is such a fantastic place the flight will be worth it! My first flight was to Australia, on my own aged 11. Nothing worries me now!

  2. stepping onto a plane is easy, stepping into one is the scary making part. That means you are likely to be flying, and that's the cause of most crashes. Look at it this way, how many people do you know, (really know not just read about,) who have been hurt in an aircraft.

then reel off the number of people you know who have been in a road accident

Bikers don't bother, it will be loads

its like anything in life, there is a risk. Just manage it, you wont travel far otherwise

  3. I'm O.K. Once the aircraft has taken off, I find the whole thing terribly boring, until the landing. Statistics prove that you are safer flying than crossing the road. Relax, have a good flight and just enjoy the whole experience !

  4. Believe it or not it is the safest form of travel and what do i feel................excited cos i am off to a warmer climate !! The start of my holiday.YIPPEE

  5. Usually very stressed because everyone seems to forget common courtesy when getting on a plane and its a free for all with people rushing to be first in the line. Nightmare!

  6. I feel really excited because I know I'm off to somewhere nice.  I absolutely love the take-off when the plane accellerates before take off and you get that G-Force feeling.  I never really think about anything happening to be honest.  I think when you're time's up its up I guess and I could just as easily be run over, or fall down a big hole lol!

  7. Frighten until I step off. I hate flying. I wouldn't fly if it wasn't neccessary.

  8. Happy. Once I turn on the engine, more  focus on what I'm doing, until I reach cruise. Then again happy.

Don't worry and enjoy the flight, it's very safe. Maybe getting some aerodynamics knowledge will make you feel more comfortable. If you understand why the plane flies, and how it works, you will feel safer.

    Happy Landings!!

  9. im a flight attendant and i freaking love it!!!!!

  10. In my younger days, ready to mix it up and put some hurt on the other guys.

Now, I always look to see if I know the crew.  There's some guys flying for the airlines I wouldn't trust to taxi out of the gate....

  11. As Pilot:  So much power at my finger tips

Passanger: excited to describe in my head and try and guess the banks of the aircraft

  12. Shivers go up my spine...because I am so excited.  I love to fly/want to fly more than anything.

  13. i always think about the film final destination.

  14. excited!  you're going on an adventure!  =]

and yeah you could crash but it'd be exciting to actually have to crash land and if you died?   well you could die in a car accident too.  so basically everyone dies sometimes.  don't let the fear of death cripple you.

    good luck!  chew gum.  =]

las vegas looks so pretty from above at night..

  15. I look at it this way.  Flying is safer and takes much less time than driving.  I catch up on movies on my laptop when I'm not looking down pondering how small the world really is.

Turbulence doesn't really bother me because I consider it to simply be the wind blowing against the plane.

  16. The take off is a piece of cake, you get pushed back in the seat, which is kind of reasurring. It's only hours later when your so tired of the turbulence, the confinement, the constant drone of tiny motors blowing air,etc that the prospect of landing at a very high speed on what appears to be something no larger than an aircraft carrier in a sea of houses, dingy huts, whatever that varying degrees of panic start to set in-don't worry though, pretend your at Disneyland (works for me).Stepping on the plane is actually kind of easy for me,liberating,if you will. It's only after I buckle up that I regret my decision and then only for as long as the flight takes.

  17. Excited. I have only ever flown twice.

  18. so nervous, worried :| when I got on my first plane I was barely 17, and I was alone, had to get 2 planes that day, I nearly ran back off haha but it was fine

  19. Just another day at work.

  20. really dosen't bother me, once the doors close your stuck there until you get off at the other end or you crash.

but remember, while you have a very low chance of dying... if you do crash its going to be a nasty death :>

  21. Me...I am just anxious until I get off of the ground. Once I am in the air I am fine. I have been on flights with plenty of turbulence.....I don't care for those flights to much.

  22. excited i love flying

  23. I am excited, I love to fly, I do not care at which part of the plane...well unless it is the back of an MD80. Flying makes me feel relaxed.

  24. another day

    another dollar

  25. About to have apanic attack

  26. I love flying, from the first time I got onboard and today, I feel the same excitement. Nervous? I was never one of those kids.

A flight can NEVER go wrong if I am onboard.

  27. Goosbumps - I LOVE flying

  28. i would fly everyday if i could.

  29. thank god i,m getting outta here!!!

  30. I feel like I just walked into heaven.
