  1. I feel sad, angry, guilty, etc.  Not for nothing, but I had trouble deciphering your last sentence.  I guess you're saying that homeless people are part of a syndicate.  Yeah, the poor and homeless syndicate.

  2. in my town it is common to see healthy able bodied young people begging for money, some even have cell phones.

I told one that I have been living off a credit card, he said they have an atm inside.  You tell me what I'm supposed to think.  I think these kids have been let down by their parents and society that have fooled them into thinking everyone owes them something because they breathe

  3. When I first started traveling extensively in third world countries, I felt the need to give the beggars money... but no longer.  I know from experience that I am NOT HELPING THEM to ever be anything but BEGGARS.  Children belong IN SCHOOL and not begging coins from tourists and when people give them money it encourages the thinking and behavior that it is better to beg for money than to get an education and work for money.

Besides that... in some countries... a person can be ARRESTED for giving money to beggars.

  4. I feel you are this child because your grammar is horrible.
