How do you feel when you wake up in the mornings?

i feel like i just got ran oer by a semi!

i feel like my face is swollen and i always wake up with a headache.....what are some things i can do to fix this!! im to the point to where i dont even like to go to bed anymore b/c i dred how i feel when i wake up in the mornings!

  1. I just take some tynol as soon as i wake up in the morning because i feel like such c**p! I also eat at least one cracker before getting out of bed, this does help. OR if i wake up before i want to or when i gotta use the potty i chug down some juice and headache stuff. Works wounders.


  2. Get at least 8 hrs of sleep if possible and try waking up at the same time each morning.  A good routine may help things

  8. Try drinking Gatorade before bed and right away when you wake up.  Gatorade has been a great (non-medication) way for me to beat my pregnancy headaches.  I don't know if it's coincidental or not...but it works.
