How do you fight the urge to sleep during classes?

I enjoy learning, but by the middle of the day onward I get horrifically fatigued to the point where I have come quite close to falling asleep in class and by the time I get home I would just want to go to sleep, and often, I would which also ended up wrecking both my homework schedule and previous sleep patterns. I would really appreciate any tips on how to stay awake during classes, reduce tiredness throughout the day, avoid falling asleep upon coming home from school, or all of the above!

  2. The key is eating. Make sure u eat breakfast at home then lunch at school. That should give you enough energy.
