I have seen many girls here saying they ovulate 4 times a year or 6 times a year. Is there any way to figure out that you ovulate this month or not. Do they figure out based on bleeding or CM or pain? Please help me. One more question Where Cervix is loated in v****a?

I want to check CM so I do not how far I have to place my finger. My v****a is not dry. If I insert my finger little bit inside my v****a, I get some fluid. Is that fluid CM?

  1. The best way to see if your ovulating is to chart you temperatures each morning.  You should see a thermal shift after ovulation.  Many women also notice changes in the CM but I can't depend on those to determine ovulation.

The cervix (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cervix) is the top of your v****a, bottom of your uterus.  Usually you can just check CM on what you see on the toilet tissue.

    Good luck!
