How do you figure out your EFC?

Could you give me like an example.

For example if both parent togethre make like 60,000

how much are they expected to contribute

Just do the FAFSA, they will figure it out for you. I have no idea what formula they use.

There are a lot more questions on the fafsa than simply your parents income.  The easiest thing to do is do the fafsa... and QUICK.  If you are starting in the fall you are LATE.
