well, first, you should get the name correct if your speaking of the "fast-food" restaurant. Second, contact the BBB of the local that you or it is in, and third, you normally can contact them via their website.

It depends what you are complaining about...

If there is something wrong with the food, complain to the manager...

if its the service, complain to the manager...

if its the clerk, get their name and tell the manager...

If its the manager, complain to the corporate office...

If there's still something wrong, I'd go to Carl's Junior, Burger king, In'n'Out, or Taco Bell....
