  1. go to ebay, i am sure  they have a procedure for this

  2. Go to "My ebay" and file a dispute. I had to file one a few months back and I gotta say, ebay was on it! I received the product that I had paid for and left a negative feedback. Do it, don't let them rip ya off. Good luck!

  3. You can file a dispute

Go to your account section and find the item

It will say things like view order details  etc.

It says report an item not received click on that and follow the directions

Good Luck though because this happened to me I paid through paypal and even though you think your protected your not all I got out of my dispute was a conformation from them saying I won my dispute however they could not recover my money I lost I still haven't gotten a refund (it has been 4 months)

  4. If you used paypal, you souldn't have any problems. Go to the dispute center in ebay and file a dispute.  They will contct the seller and resolve the issue.  It will probably take a week or so.

    Go to My eBay.

On the left-hand side of the page under My eBay Views, click the “Dispute Console” link.

On the Dispute Console Overview page, select the problem that you want to report.

Provide the item number and follow the instructions on the report pages.

  5. If you pay through paypal, ideally you are covered.  Now, you go into paypal, find the transaction and hit "file a claim."  They'll ask you several questions and then submit it to the seller to see if he says anything.  If it's awarded in your favor you may or may not get money back.  It depends on if they have money in their account.

Currently, I have a case found in my favor that I got the message "This case was found in your favor and we got 0.00 from them.  If/when they get money in their account, we'll try to get the rest back for you."

  6. It's a joke. Ebay does nothing. I think it's called Square Trade. Try searching their site. If they do nothing, file a complaint with the better business bureau, your state attorney general, and the postal inspection service and the state attorney general ofice where the seller is located.
