You cant. They used special stuff that are not harmful and you cant get those things. If you avoid it too long then you will end up with a root canal.

You don't. Please go to the dentist. If you wait too long, then you end up with a host of other issues. You could end up with an infection and then a lot of pain. Are you afraid of the dentist or afraid of the bill?

The dentist has to drill away the rotten parts of the tooth, and if it doesn't get taken care of, it can get much worse. If you can't pay ask for a payment plan. They just might accommodate you. They usually need a credit card for that. But you can ask what they can do to help you out.
