  1. You put the opening around where the water is coming out and then it fills up.

When it gets full take it off and tie it up.

  2. put water in it blow it up if needed and tie really tight so it wont open

  3. Everyones answers are great and right on! If you still have trouble filling them, though, they do sell packages of water balloons that also comes with a plastic adapter that screws onto a hose nozzle for easier filling. My son was having trouble filling them (kept breaking/splitting the neck of the balloon just as he got it filled...he was so frustrated!) so I found a set that had a really nice adapter in it. It is just a pointed plastic nozzle that more easily slips into the neck of the balloon. It even has a button on it to control the water flow (actually turns the flow of water on and off...not all adapters have that feature, but any special nozzle piece is helpful). These aren't expensive, either. The pack of 100 balloons plus the nozzle was $3, and it can be used with any size balloons, so now I can just buy the cheaper balloon packs and keep re-using this adapter. Hope that helps! Have fun!

  4. Stick the opening of the balloon TIGHTLY onto the faucet, because when the water flows in, it might cause the balloon to slip off. The turn the faucet on and let the water flow in to an extent. Then carefully shut the faucet, take off the balloon, and tightly tie it closed.

    Carefully, slippery!

  5. u put the opening on the faucet and u hold it and turn on the water

  6. You take the baloon and wrap the opening aournd the faucet of your sink. You fill it with COLD water and tie up the end, but be careful not to bust it.
