How do you film/record straight through the TV without a camera?

how do you record games and programs staright through the TV and then onto your computer?

so how do i record me playing a game then putting on my PC

Run cables from your tv out to the proper inputs on the PC.  Still, you need to get a tuner card for the PC.  Check with your local computer store.
