How do you film ur computer screen?

I've seen people on youtube filming thier computer screen and showing others how to do stuff like totorials or msn pranking.....

i know its not with a webcam coz they have thier webcam on anyway. i was just wondering how can u film everything ur doing on ur screen.

it works with pictures, like print screen. isnt there the same kinda thing for videos?

You can use a software called Demo Builder. It can record things on your screen into a movie or a  flash video.
