How do you find a costume like Rachel Brice?

I just want to know some places you can find that have skirts belts or tops or bracelets similar to hers.

Her intricate costumes are probably made up of pieces she's collected along the years.  I would suggest scavenging thrift shops, and street fairs.  Renaissance faires usually have quite a bit of belly dance costuming as well.  If all else fail learn to sew!

You will likely have to spend some time hunting for unique items that you can use for costuming similar to Rachel Brice's.  I would start looking at local thrift shops for jewelry and clothing that you can modify to use for a costume piece.
