How do you find a full time job at 16 in NC?

Usually places like Subway or Dunkin' Donuts are hiring all the time, and you can just go in and ask for an application. It's hard to find anything that pays more than minimum wage when you're 16 because you probably don't have a lot of work experience, but there are a lot of options. Just try a lot of places-- restaurants, fast food places, clothing stores, community centers like the YMCA, etc.

Why don't you finish school first?

Full time jobs are generally reserved for those over 18.

However, you may have better luck finding 2 different part time jobs at 20 hours per week each.
