How do you find a list of internationally accredited colleges?

i want to go to college in a foreign country but just for my first year or two. the thing is im afraid that when i go back to the u.s. any college i go to might not accept all the credits from any foreign school i might go to. let mel m specify. im going to a college in egypt. do you know what colleges there, if any, will for sure accept all my credits? HELP?!

If you are looking for an accredited business school, then you should check out "AACSB", which is the American Association of Colleges and Schools of Business. They have a list of accredited schools where you should be able to transfer credits from. I am pretty certain you've got similar associations for other fields.
