you could try to search for her by name in websites like facebook.com, classmates.com or myspace.  also on facebook and myspace check out the groups for the high school and college you think she might have went to.  final option would be to talk to friends of yours and try to track her down like that.

Try classmates.com or go into the alumni site of your high school.  They sometimes have a forum or class listing.
