  1. Easiest way is:

    www.pagesjaunes.fr

    www.pagesblanches.fr

  2. It exists the "Pages blanches" (white pages equivalent)

    if you know the name, and the city or region

    http://www.pagesjaunes.fr/pb.cgi?

    http://www.pagesjaunes.fr/pb.cgi?lang=en  (english version)

    but it won't answer for cell phone number

    ;;;;

    depending where you're calling from, you will have to dial

    the number for international calling (011 in USA, 00 in Europe) plus the number 33 to reach France and the 9 last digits French number

    (a French number is 10 digits but when you're calling from abroad you don't have to dial the first zero)

    ;;;;

  3. www.pagesblanches.fr

  4. All French phone numbers are about 10 digits, starting with a zero, when dialled from within France. To call from outside France, dial your international access code, then 33, then the French number without the initial zero. The last 2 digits stand for the Provence.  example: 00+33+city number (1-3 digits)+local number (8 digits) from the UK.

    go to http://www.countrycallingcodes.com for the first part of the phone number this might help

  5. you could try calling international directory enquires they are very helpful you just need name and address hope this helps.

  6. http://www.infobel.com/en/france might help.

    Good luck.
