How do you find business and people in Latin countries?

I export industrial parts and consumables from Japan.

Now I like to explorer business possibilities in South America.

I am an electronics technician but just starting out exporting parts, components, consumables in priting industries.

My question is what is the best way to find tecnicians and business in Latin countries.

If any one can help me, I am appreciated.

I am sorry, I do not understand Spanish or Portuguese.
