How do you find free street addresses is you have the persons first last name and town?

I have searched the web for free addresses but everywhere I looked they keep wanting a small fee in order to give me the exact street address. I have the first name, the last name, the city and the zip code. I need to send something by mail, and the person does not have a phone so to call and ask is out of the question. I tried to call information and they said there is no listing for a phone number and to try to search on line for an address. If you have any ideas, please help. It is important for me to send this to the person. (By the way, they live more than four hours away so to drive it there is not possible) Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried www.realwhitepages.com?  I have found a lot of addresses on there, and they don't charge.
