How do you find internet history that was deleted recently and in past?

I am looking to find some internet history that was deleted of recently and maybe within the past 10 months or maybe little more.Can anyone please Help me on this? I don't know if it matters what browsers you use but the ones that are used are Internet Explorer & Firefox. I know how to find the history(ctrl+H) I just don't know how to find it after its been deleted or whatever. Help would be Greatly appreciated!!!

  1. 10 Months! Browsers are configured to maintain a crtain amount of history or even remove it after you finish a browsing session. To be honest, I don't think you got much hope.
