How do you find out how much shipping costs?

I'm trying to sell something on ebay.. how do i find out how much the shipping will cost?

Weigh your item in the box with packing material included.  Go to www.usps.com and click on "calculate postage" at the top of the page.  You can also schedule a pickup from there.  If you would rather ship UPS, you can calculate shipping charges and time by clicking on "shipping"  on the top left side of the page.  You can also schedule a pickup from this site. On both sites, you have to create an account and have a credit card.  Remember if you are shipping books, records, etc.  you can ship via media mail at USPS for quite a discount.  Hope this helps.
