How do you find out someones name when you know their address?

i know the persons home address and i want to know their name but i dont know how to do it does anyone know any websites where you type the house address (in the uk) and you can find out that persons name ? and i know their job if that helps

in the USA we use white pages,reverse address look up. maybe you have something like it there.

u can go to their doorstep and can jsut say them its a survey from xyz company and would like the name of the people ther
