How do you find out the year model of a Stinger 75hp Johnson Outboard Motor?

I was wandering how to find the year of a 75hp stinger johnson outboard? The yellow sticker is missing that usually says the year on the back/ top of the motor.

The Stinger models were 1975 until 1980.   The Engine model number is on the side of the mounting bracket, and on a disc (freeze)plug on top of the block.   Hope this helps.  Good Luck!!!!
