How do you find out who established businesses?

i need to find out who established bishopsgate veterinary surgeons, i have asked the vets who worked there and they didn't no, but they have asked the manager who will get back to me in a couple of days, but i need to know asap. Is there a website which tells you who established the vets, i have tried looking already but have had no luck.

if they're a limited company go on the companies house website. if not try the vets governing body
