How do you find out your moon/rising sign?

I know my sun sign - Pisces. .

But isn't your moon sign what phase the moon was in when you were born?

Or am I wrong?

Well first your going to need to get your exact time of birth and the exact city and state you were born in. These two things are the most crucial in getting an accurate moon and rising sign.
