How do you find "walk away" houses?

Homes where the builder quit before the job was done...

Is there a source or website to find these? I know that talking to a realtor is an option, but I want to know if there is a source with lots of listings for this specifically.

They are really tough to get financing on, many will be impossible because the land surrounding the property is still owned by the developer and the sewer lines are not hooked up yet, the streets are not public yet, etc etc.

If they can sell them they list them on the MLS and the selling agents usually get 6% instead of the normal 3.   Often it is because it has to be an all cash deal as water and sewer lines are not even possible.
