How do you find someone with little to no information?

Question

trying to locate someone from 4 yrs ago and what city he lived in. i know what car he drove, and his first name and his friends first name

thats all i hvae to go with.

I've had excellent luck on Google, Classmates.com, and Facebook. Even as a police officer, I still use them.

Well, if you knew where he lived you could ask the tenant the name of the occupant 4 yrs ago.........Two first names and a description of a car wont go to far.

I know a Jenny and a Bob. Jenny drove a green car. How many Jennys and Bobs are in the world? How many drive a green car?
