  1. Ok I would go to http://www.vacationsnbeyond.com

Check to see what your interested in, Contact them by Requesting a quote as the prices on there site are just guidelines.

  2. this site has good info:

  3. If you're planning your cruise during the winter, the best cruise lines will be leaving from Florida for 7-night Caribbean adventures.  For your first cruise, I suggest either the Eastern Caribbean (St. Thomas, St. Martin, and possibly San Juan or a private island for a day in the sun and surf) or Western Caribbean (Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Cozumel) -- the itineraries vary by ship, but this will give you an idea of the destinations.

Princess would be my top choice for your anniversary.  It is a premium cruise line so everything -- cabin decor, food, entertainment is a bit more upscale than on a Carnival or Royal Caribbean ship.  If you can afford (or find a great deal) a balcony cabin, there is nothing more romantic than enjoying a candlelight dinner on your private balcony with the sun setting over the Caribbean Sea.... ahh....

Holland America's clients tend to be older than those on Princess, but this would also be a good cruise line for you to check -- especially if you like cooking!  HAL has a cooking center on each ship and features classes and demonstrations during the days at sea.

Celebrity has 4 and 5-night cruises from Miami during the winter, but if you can spend a week, you'll get to see more, have more time together and relax.

Depending on the dates you want to cruise, pricing varies, but there are some good deals on the best cruise lines if you can be flexible.

If you enjoy Italian cuisine and culture and service, both Costa Cruises and MSC have new ships, good service and food and extremely good pricing for many of their 2008 Caribbean sailings.  The announcements are given in multiple languages and the ships cater to a more international group... but good deals on pricing can be found.

In April, most of the ships head off to either Alaska or Europe.  If you're thinking of cruising in the Spring and Summer, the least expensive cruises will be from the west coast to Mexico or Alaska.  Both Holland America and Princess have reasonably priced cruises.

    Have a great anniversary!

  4. First of all i've been on 3 cruises so far and most people recommend that for your 1st cruise you should choose a 3-4 day one  to be sure you can handle the ocean waves and all.

Also if you want to save some money there are a couple of ways, either go online and book by last minute deals they'll give you a good deal just to fill up the remaining seats i think it' called last minute deals, or book up  to 6 months ahead , also pay close attention to tipping , most cruises don't tell you that they will automatically add it to your bill before you leave the ship , this can add up  to hundreds of dollars extra ,but it's worth it different ports of call excellent food and shows and relaxing all day . also i checked out some on the internet for you and 3 baseline cruises are carnival but be warned lots of kids usually and crowed ships not real romantic, but royal carribean isn't crowded better service not many kids , but not as many ammenities as a carnival ship . bottom line most 3-4 days cruises will pamper you quite sufficiently you'll see just book it and enjoy but if you do go to a port of call whereever, please be sure to stick together, theyre not kidding people do come up missing all of the time a friend of ours did and be sure that when you go to a port of call you're back in time,

the cruise line will leave you and you will have to pay your own way to meet back up with the ship, take care,

    one who knows,

  5. I read a review that Carnival really does have some great food. Specifically the ship "Glory". They have a supper-club which you pay an additional fee for but I understand it is quite good. We are going in April and are paying around $500 each for a 7 night cruise. I think that's a great price.

  6. Given the conditions you have set, I would recommend, Celebrity, Holland America Line (HAL) or Princess.  Of the three I believe some of HAL's cruises would come closest to what you are looking for.

Some of HAL's cruises to the Caribbean and the Mexican Riviera are very inexpensive, given HAL's four star reputation.
