  1. + it

  2. C=2PixR

    C is the circumference

    Pi is 3.14

    R is the radius

    multiply 2 x 3.14 x radius and you get circumference.....

  3. use a scientific calculator

    C = 2πr

    r=radius

    C= circumference

    OR

    C = πd   d=diameter

  4. very simple

    the circumference of a circle is PI * d

    PI = 3.142

    radius is half the diamater

    so following this logic the diamter must be twice the radius

    so lets say your radius is 4

    so your diamter is 2 * 4 = 8

    3.142* 8 = 25.136

    i hope this example helped

  5. The number Pi is the ratio of the circumference of a circle to the diameter. The value of Pi is approximately 3.14159265358979323846...The diameter of a circle is twice the radius. Given the diameter or radius of a circle, we can find the circumference. We can also find the diameter (and radius) of a circle given the circumference. The formulas for diameter and circumference of a circle are listed below. We round Pi to 3.14 in order to simplify our calculations.

    d=2r

    C equals Pi times d

  6. circumference is two times the radius times pi

    c= (2)(pi)(r) or c= (diameter)(pi)

  7. The circumference of a circle is equal to 2 * pi (~3.14) * the radius.
