How do you find the other parent when he took my child & left the state?

My son's dad took my son out of state, & I haven't seen or heard from him since. He is in complete violation of the parenting plan. I think I know what state he moved to, but that's all i have. In order to see my son again & serve him for being in contempt of court I have to find him first. How do i find him? Whats the best way?

You could run a credit check or a search for him. You pay a small fee on the internet and it will give you his personal info- including his mailing address and phone number. Good luck!

Get your lawyer to get a court order to monitor his credit cards.  That will show where he is using the cards.  Also, monitor his bank account for ATM locations.
