  1. This information isn't available.

If your a licensed radio amateur and you require a callsign change , you usually have to submit a form to the regulating authority with your preferred choices , and if available , you will get one of those.

  2. You did not mentioned you are from which country.

More of less every country having many Amateur (HAM) Radio Operator.  And they have one particular Department or section within their Government for the Amateur (HAM) Radio.  The Deptt. / Section is mainting the records of callsign issued for their country.  So you can't access all the datas regarding the un-issued callsign.

In my country the concerned Deptt. (Ministry of Communicaion) ask to the applicant for their choice of callsings (if available) before alloted one to them.

Over the internet there are many websites are available to search HAM Callsign or details of any particular callsign.  Most popular is http://www.qrz.com.  From here you can get the details of any Home or DX callsign.  If that callsign registered with this website.

I am also a Amateur (HAM) Radio Operator from India with callsign VU3ORN.  My callsign also registered with many online callsign searcher.

I provide this, because sometime my contact station wanted to know more on me.  Then I simply inform me to visit my callsign at QRZ.COM.

  3. Go here and enter a call sign you want:

    http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearc...

If it isn't taken it won't be in the database.
